Use tools to manage your mailing campaigns
Your mailing campaigns will be better managed with an appropriate tool to schedule sending, organize databases, etc. Don’t be seduced by the word “free” and choose the cheapest one to save money; Choose the tool that best suits your objectives and that you don’t mind spending a little to achieve much more profitable benefits. Some of the most used (and rightly so) are MailChimp , Mailrelay or Aweber .
Personalize the emails with the recipient
But the tool thing doesn’t end here. A good mailing campaign also has an effective landing page, you know, that page you end up on when you click on an ad .
Has it ever email list happened to you that you subscribe to a page and, from that very moment, you receive an email from them every other day? It’s annoying, right? So annoying that you end up unsubscribing, or deleting their emails as soon as they arrive, or blocking all the messages that come to you from that page… But it’s not a situation you’d like to find yourself in, right? Well avoid it!
And don't overwhelm them
Sending a huge amount of emails is counterproductive in the long run. Of course, the intention is not to overwhelm FJ Lists your subscribers, but to keep them as well and informed as possible. But perhaps this is not the most appropriate way. Don’t send an email every day ; Create intervals between sending and sending and, of course, respect them. A good option is to send an email once a week: every Monday to start with strength, every Tuesday so that on Monday people focus on returning to work, every Thursday to say goodbye to the week,… Choose a day and an hour (when your receivers are most open to reading you) and stick with it.
